Qigong / Chi Kung

Qigong is an ancient Chinese moving meditation exercise, pronounced “chee gung.” It’s similar in appearance to Tai Chi but is generally easier to learn and practice. Qigong focuses on three key elements:

  • Body movement

  • Breathing

  • Mental focus and intention

​

This practice is gentle on the body and accessible to people of all ages and abilities. While Qigong has spiritual applications, it is not a religious practice, making it inclusive of all people and backgrounds.



Qigong is incorporated into our Tai Chi classes.
